Capitol Hill is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, located behind the Utah State Capitol situated between the Marmalade District and the Avenues. The architecture on DeSoto Street is a charming mix of old and new, lined with massive sycamore trees planted in the late 1920's that create a natural arch across the street. The neighborhood is teeming with character and we can't wait to show it off to you! The DeSoto Tudor on Capitol Hill is owner-occupied residence that has opened their house to visitors throughout the world. A very relaxing walk to the downtown and the Salt Lake City Convention Center, along the tree line covered pebble path of the Capitol grounds.
